How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as you have validated your order, the information is transmitted to our workshop in Madrid and the craftsman will indicate a deadline for the creation of your articles. In general, 2 days are enough for creation and customization. On the 3rd day the package leaves for shipment.
You can contact us within the first 24 hours for a full refund without any specific reasons.
What are the shipping times?
Delivery time to Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 3 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 5 weeks.

For payment with an Aurore card, Bank Card, Maestro and other debit card you must make the payment through Paypal even if you do not have an account
