4 carabiners on the handles: to detach and replace worn handles or to machine wash the bag.
4 carabiners on the inside of the bag for hanging pockets, keys, wallets...

Personalized pouch included to hang inside the bag using the carabiners.

Interior design : You can decorate the interior of the bag with other Atelier Harti accessories,such as additional pockets in recycled fabric or leather, key rings, wallets, spectacle cases, handles, shoulder straps...

Compact and foldable: The tote is foldable and fits into the pocket provided. So you can slip itinto your suitcase without taking up too much space . Depending on your needs, it can be used to store your beach, sports or shopping gear.

Lightweight, washable, eco-friendly fabric: The family bag was made in Madrid using 45 recycled bottles in polyester thread and then woven. Result: A lightweight, strong, washable fabric that dries quickly.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as you have validated your order, the information is transmitted to our workshop in Madrid and the craftsman will indicate a deadline for the creation of your articles. In general, 2 days are enough for creation and customization. On the 3rd day the package leaves for shipment.
You can contact us within the first 24 hours for a full refund without any specific reasons.

What are the shipping times?

Delivery time to Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 3 to 4 weeks
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 3 to 5 weeks.
